Book has been read previously and shows signs of age. Original hardcover boards show wear appropriate for a book of this age such as scuffing, corner rubbing, staining, fraying, and color fading. Wear to the spine and edges, including staining and cracking. Some warping to the shape of the compartment which holds the fifty illustrated pages. All fifty illustrated pages are included. 7 pages (out of 50) show tape residue in all four corners, as well as slight damage from tape removal. The pages affected are: Fork-Tailed Flycatcher, Painted Bunting, Canada Warbler, Cedar Waxwing, Gray Kingbird, Summer Tanager, Cardinal. The Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker shows a small pinkish stain on the illustration side. The Yellow-Breasted Chat shows slight damage to the bottom left corner on the illustration side, which shows through to the description side. All pages show yellowing/foxing due to age. A unique treasure indeed!
