Decals show wear and small nicks, the added girls love dirt! sticker has edge wear, and there is surface rust visible inside the seat tube and around the clamp slot. Rear dropouts show finish loss and axle marks, but the main frame tubes show no dents or cracks; headset cups and brake mounts are included but untested and may need cleaning, lubrication, or replacement before use.
