Product Descriptions

- 95% of our items are BRAND NEW.

- The other 5% are inspected to ensure it works as it should. These items will be notated as “used” in the description.

- We open the boxes of all items to verify the item is new, not broken and no pieces are missing.

- The boxes are usually slightly damaged (which is why Amazon liquidates them and doesn’t resell online) but the product remains undamaged.

Unassembled Items

- We do not have the bandwidth to assembled all the items we receive.

- We compare all items in the box against the instruction manual to ensure all product is there, however we do not assemble it.

- Occasionally if a box is very damaged in transit we will assemble these items. Any scuffs of flaws of the item will be notated on the postings.
