Warranty, Terms & Conditions
Warranty Coverage
Only engines and gearboxes supplied by GP Metals & Spares are covered under our parts 3 Month Warranty. All other items are supplied with a 30-day return policy only, covering the cost of the part itself. No warranty is offered on ancillary, electrical, or body components.
Returns
If you have ordered an incorrect part (for example, where the part number differs), you may return it within 30 days of receipt using a completed Returns Form (see โReturnsโ section). Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified by email.
Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
All returned parts must be in the same condition as supplied, complete with all security marks, seals, and labels intact.
Exclusions
GP Metals & Spares does not cover labour costs, fitting, removal, or any associated charges. Warranty or return coverage does not extend to vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential losses of any kind.
Inspection & Reporting
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours, supported by clear photographic evidence (including the packaging and shipping label). Claims reported outside this period may not be eligible for investigation.
Tampering & Modifications
Any signs of tampering, modification, or attempted repair will void warranty and return eligibility.
Installation & Safety
We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts be fitted by a qualified automotive technician. GP Metals & Spares accepts no responsibility for faults, injury, or damage resulting from incorrect installation or handling.

All panels and bumpers are used and graded, and may show minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with previous use. Every item is visually inspected and quality checked prior to removal and confirmed to be in good usable condition, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Please carefully review all photos provided, the item shown is the exact one you will receive. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in storage prior to dispatch, we will supply a replacement of equal or better condition, where possible.

Report the issue to us within 24 working hours, including clear photographs of the damage, so we can begin an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
