Early hard-wired reflector and thin wire generally indicates 1950s to 60s.  These are beautiful and like many sets from that time period and earlier, the colors were very true, although different brightnesses because a true blue for example is hard to produce from a warm incandescent bulb.  Colors are white, blue, yellow, green 2 of each.
