IMPORTANT REMINDER: This package can ONLY be delivered to the Shipping Address provided by the buyer during the checkout process. If the buyer requests an item to be shipped to a destination other than the Shipping Address provided within the Transaction Details of the Order Receipt, then the original transaction will be cancelled, and a Refund will be issued. For Communication & Shipping Purposes, Business Days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (ET), Closed on Weekends & Holidays. After checkout is complete, we will process the order, securely package the item(s), and drop off the package(s) with the Shipping Carrier during the next Business Day. Orders placed Fri.-Sun. are scheduled to be dropped off with the Shipping Carrier on Monday. Some packages will require up to (2) days for Handling Time.
Upon shipment, tracking information will be uploaded to the Order Receipt and eBay Transaction Details, and a Confirmation of Shipment e-mail will be automatically generated and sent to the buyer. A Signature is Required upon delivery for all packages greater than or equal to $750.00.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Please be sure to inspect your items immediately upon receipt, and contact us immediately if there is a problem with the order.
For all returns, there must be Online Documentation, including Delivery Confirmation for packages less than $250.00 -or- Signature Confirmation for packages greater than or equal to $250.00, which indicates the item was shipped back to the Seller within the Return Window.
Please ensure all original contents (Items, Accessories, Packaging, Instructions, etc.) are returned to the seller within the specified Return Window in New/Original Condition and Factory Sealed.
Restocking Fees are assessed for all shipments that are returned to the seller not in Original Condition.
CLOTHING/HATS
All USED clothing is laundered per manufactures instructions and sanitized. All USED Hats have been cleaned and/or sanitized before listed. All hats new or used are shipped in boxes, never stuffed in a polybag so they will arrive in good condition.
