Vintage Kennedy 520 metal tool box, made in the USA by Kennedy Manufacturing Co. This is a classic, American Made, steel toolbox known for durability, smooth hardware, and long service life.

Very clean condition overall. Felt lining is all intact. The box presents well with solid paint and clean interior. There is light surface rust along the lower edge (see photos), cosmetic only, with no structural issues. Lid opens and closes properly, latches function correctly, and the box includes the original lock and key.

A great choice for shop use, tool storage, collectors, or as a vintage Kennedy piece that hasn’t been over-restored.
