This innovative rig enhances hook-up rates while reducing instances of deep-hooked fish, particularly Rays & Hounds. At DSR we use strong Koike Circle Hooks on this setup available in sizes 2/0, 3/0, 4/0 and 5/0 terminated with a perfection loop knot.


The loop rig allows you to present two baits in close proximity with a longer snood for targeting ground feeding species. The rig fishes 18inch top snood and 30inch bottom snood unclipped.

The Dongle section is made with a 300lb 8 strand Braid in blood red with a 9.5mm RSPRO split ring to clip the bait down to the Breakaway IMP2.
