des suspensions en toiles de COTON HBT, fixées par plaques "A"
washers en acier peint en vert.
Sangle de nuque aux extrémités coupées zig-zag. Montage de
pressions SEGMA nickel ou noirci suivant disponibilité.
Intérieur rugueux brun comprenant les bandes de canevas
imprégnées clairement visibles.
Marquage "SC" à la peinture jaune au fond de la
bombe.
Tenons de fixations pour jugulaire cuir amovible.

Le liner St-Clair.
Fabriqué à partir de plastique ABS de haute qualité, ce liner
est conçu pour ressembler exactement aux originaux.
Depuis Avril 2017, la reproduction du liner St-Clair en
plastique ABS est une exclusivité mondiale NORMANDY..Accessories.
L’intérieur de la coque est conforme avec des déformations
caractéristiques de l'entoilage liées au procédé de fabrication "basse
pression". Les échancrures sont présentes sur les deux cotés au niveau des
passages de pontets fixes de jugulaires du casque lourd. Le liner St-Clair est
le seul liner US à présenter cette spécificité pour éviter de pincer la
jugulaire du casque lourd, lorsqu’il est inséré dans la coque M1.
Il s'agit d’une superbe reproduction, très fidèle, idéale pour la reconstitution historique.

High-quality reproduction of a rare and uncommon WW2 American helmet liner.
The St-Clair liner.
Made from high-quality ABS plastic, this liner is designed
to look exactly like the originals.
There are cutouts on both sides at the fixed chin strap
attachments of the steel helmet. The St. Clair liner is the only US liner to
feature this specific design, which prevents the chin strap of the steel helmet
from being pinched when inserted into the M1 shell.
The interior of the shell complies with the characteristic
deformations of the fabric covering associated with the “low pressure”
manufacturing process.
These distortions are accurately reproduced during thermoforming with ABS
plastic, but they are also visible on the outside.
We wanted to preserve the distinctive and unique visual appearance of the
inside of this liner, which is a rough brown interior with clearly visible
impregnated canvas strips; because once installed in its heavy M1 metal helmet,
the outside of the liner no longer matters!
This is a superb, highly accurate reproduction, ideal for
reenactors.
