Shipping Policy

 

1. We ship worldwide & we make sure that you get your shipment as earliest as possible provided there is no delay in customs clearance, public holiday, courier location, or circumstance which is beyond human control.

2. We ship through one of the reputed & standard shipping agencies for national & international shipment. Once ordered product is been dispatch, we update tracking number in buyer purchase item. Delivery depends upon location.

3. Shipment normally takes 10-12 Business Days to deliver the item after full & final payment cleared. This Shipment Days does not include the seller's handling time.

We request you to kindly update your shipping address on eBay or you can provide us with complete & accurate information of shipping address & contact number at the time of placing an order to avoid delay in delivery, once the order is process, we will not able to make any changes to shipping details.

 Return Policy

 

1. Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return your item within 7 days along with original pack, if it does not match with our description or manufacturing defects. No other returns are accepted.

2. Buyer must inform us within 2 Days after receiving a product if there are any defects or problem.

3. Before returning a product make sure an item should not been used, tamper or any alteration done on it. If so, we won't take the product back.

4. In case of return of the goods, buyer has to pay the shipping charges.

5. Shipping charges cannot be refunded; however, all refund will be evaluated on case-to-case basis.

6. Communicate with us before filing any dispute & returning the product.

7. Any additional charges, government taxes, custom charges, clearance, or any other duties levies in destination country are responsibility of buyer & need to pay by buyer.

8. Refund will be processed after receiving the product and within 7 working days.
