In good used condition, will work with the dual hose throttle bodies like 4.9, 5.0, 5.8, and 7.5. Not for diesel 7.3. Needs a good cleaning, or use as is. 

Please look closely at pictures for best description, I am happy to provide more pictures or measurements if needed.
