We are a fully licensed and insured dealer with an office in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  This is a family-run business that has been satisfying the public for over 24 years.  We specialize in finding the customer the specific vehicle for the lowest price.  Most of our vehicles are clear title, one owner, lease returns.  We offer vehicles in all makes and models, ranging from Ford to BMW.  We also deal with trucks, limousines, motorcycles, ATV’s, and even scooters.

We understand that it takes trust to purchase a vehicle through the Internet. We take pride in our in-depth and honest descriptions.  Each vehicle is inspected and test-driven by a certified mechanic.  The vehicle goes through a 50-point inspection prior to being posted.

We reserve the right to end an auction early. Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash in person, certified funds, institutional financing. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Successful  high bidder should email buyandsell1515@gmail.com within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the  transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash,  cashier's-check, or credit cards (add 3%). Within 24 hours after the end of sale, winning  bidder must submit $500 non refundable deposit. Balance is due within 5 business days of the end of sale. We will store any vehicle for up to 10 days free of  charge. A $399 processing fee will be added to the total value  of the auction. This fee includes a 60 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary  services, messenger, and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable. It is a  fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included.  Please don't bid  if funds are not available at the time of bidding.  Pennsylvania buyers must pay  sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes  in their own states. In most cases we can assist the buyer in purchasing  warranties (the price of which is not reflected in the final bid, this will be  available for an ADDITIONAL FEE) Shipping?!? There are numerous reliable  shipping companies that specialize in interstate vehicle shipment.  Responsibility for shipping rests entirely with the buyer.

We have had a lot of  inquiries as to why we run Private Auctions. So let us explain, We have had a  lot of emails from people complaining that they were getting emails from other  sellers trying to sell them their vehicles off of our auctions, which is  considered a form of harassment. Such actions are very hard to control so we  inquired from eBay how to handle it. They advised us to run private auctions  that would stop the harassment and interference. In a private auction all the  bidders names are hidden and not visible to the bogus seller that does not wish  to spend their money to sell their item. We hope that this makes for a more  pleasurable auction environment for you.

We Simply do  not accept any bids from people who have Negative Feedbacks unless they have  emailed us with a reasonable explanation. If an email is not returned, the  negative feedback bidder will be retracted by the seller.

* Please understand that  you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, and it may have wear.

* Please, expect  scratches, bug and rock marks, little dents, dings, paint and interior wear when  purchasing used autos.

*  During normal usage the vehicle is on the road, the  signs of wear listed above  are almost unavoidable.

* A car  that is 2 years old, for instance, is going to show less wear than a vehicle  that is 7 years older.

*  Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place  a bid.
