Bring the 1950s back to your home! This is a pretty Fenton Blue Pastel Hobnail tall compote or footed bowl. Blue Pastel is a light, powdery, opaque blue. Fenton made a number of these pastel colors in the 1950's, including blue, pink (Rose) and green. Blue was by far the least popular of the three, however, and so production was discontinued after only one year. The piece is perfect for retro decor!
All Fenton is handmade by craftsmen. The crimp on the top of the pieces is a “double” crimp as you can see from the pics.
The item is in great, factory condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
The comport piece measures about 5.25” tall.
Fenton produced this item in 1954 only. Thus, it is unmarked.
