Directions

Massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms and thighs. Select one location for each application only. For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with a pea size amount in the morning and evening, then from Day 21 to 28 with 2 pea size amounts in the morning and evening. For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with a pea size amount in the morning and evening, then as above, creating a new cycle if necessary. For Men: Apply pea size amount once daily.
