There is denting here and there, with none of it being major, but it is peppered around the case. You can see an example of this in the (3rd) photo provided above and more below. I've provided nearly (4) dozen enlarged photos below to give you a more thorough view.

There are a couple hallmarks under the cap, and it has been acid tested for sterling silver. Also, included are (4) needles in the photos.
