The new leather bag bundles the familiar characteristic properties of a Hepco & Becker product and is nevertheless a new creation. This bag is not mainstream and doesn't want to be!

The RUGGED package combines volume with an unmistakable look that fits your motorcycle in the best possible way. A surface treatment that closes the pores of the full-grain leather reduces its sensitivity to water and the tendency for dirt to adhere. A handy carrying handle makes it easy to take the bag with you.
The RUGGED is offered in two versions: As a C-Bow version it can be used with the HEPCO&BECKER C-Bow bag holder.
The bag and its contents can be locked on the C-Bow to prevent theft.
The second variant arose from the task of being able to offer an attractive solution for motorcycles with side spring struts, in combination with a special tubular support.

1. Ordering and production: The buyer is informed that the desired goods will be ordered and produced specifically for the customer by the manufacturer. These are specialist retail goods that are not kept in stock.
2. Installation by specialist workshops: Motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by specialist workshops. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must provide professional proof of installation. A reduction in value is determined in accordance with the ruling of the Federal Court of Justice Ref.: VIII ZR 55/15.
3. Special configurations: Configured items such as top cases, side case sets or tuning packages cannot be ordered directly from the motorcycle manufacturers. We offer set items specially compiled for you, which are ordered and registered with the manufacturer. These specially prefabricated set items cannot be exchanged, returned or canceled. A reversal fee of 20% will be deducted from the purchase price in the event of cancellation, exchange or return in accordance with the ruling of the Federal Court of Justice Ref.: VIII ZR 55/15.
4. Electronic items: Items such as heated grips, gear indicators, automatic gearshifts, heated seats, rear silencers with special mapping, indicators, headlights, USB or Bluetooth sockets and fog light sets are generally non-returnable. These items must be installed electronically by a specialist workshop.
5. Defective goods: If goods are delivered damaged or defective, the full sales price will be refunded or the goods will be replaced.
6. Self-installation: Your own installed or attached items cannot be exchanged or a reduction in value will be determined.
7. Customs fees: Customs fees and import duties are to be paid separately by the customer and are not included in the price.
8. Delivery times outside Germany: The delivery time varies depending on the country.
9. Return shipping costs: The buyer always bears the return shipping costs.
10. No returns outside the EU: Items cannot be returned outside the European Union.
11. Delivery times within the EU: The delivery time in Germany and the EU is between 10 and 12 working days after receipt of payment. In rare cases the delivery time may be extended.
