All are sterling silver except for the knife portion that is stainless steel and the cake/pie server that is also stainless.  The handles on the knife and cake/pie server are sterling.  

Total Approximate Weight:  5 lbs., 5 ounces not including the plastic bin the silverware is in on the scale.

Condition:  Normal wear.  I have not polished them.  One teaspoon is rough on the bowl so that teaspoon is strictly for the value of the silver and not usable in a mouth until it is ground smooth.
