3. Items you have installed or added cannot be exchanged or a reduction in value will be determined.
4. If the goods are damaged or defective, the entire sales price will be refunded or the goods will be replaced.
5. The delivery time in Germany is between 10 and 12 working days after receipt of payment. In a few cases the delivery time may be extended.
6. Outside Germany, delivery times vary depending on the country.
