My parents moved to South Africa from the Netherlands in 1966. I was born there in 1968. During that time my parents acquired many artifacts during their time there. I have I inherited a number of these artifacts over time but do not have room in my home for them. It was an amazing time to grow up in SA, even though we were dealing with Apartheid. In 1979, we moved to the US, and these are some of the artifacts from that time.
