doll has some sort of paint/film/something on it, have not attempted to remove with anything stronger than a wet wipe, comes as shown. she's as clean as can be scrubbed with a wipe. doll works great, sounds and arm movements when you press the bracelet. no major damage, just some marks/wear from play. all limbs are solid, but i wouldn't throw it around violently, obviously. clothes and accessories are not original to the doll, but all fit.
measurements are NOT EXACT due to the nature of the material and the flexible measuring tape, so although they are an estimate, it may be off by half an inch or so, they are meant to use as a REFERENCE, not as exact measurements.

we get the majority of our items at estate sales and do not wash everything unless it is obviously dirty or worn. please plan to wash your items upon receipt.
