Very cute pullover stretch knit top from Full Circle Trends.  Gathered elastic neck which can be worn on / off shoulder, short sleeves and accent buttons down the front. Made from lightweight olive green ribbed knit fabric; 97% polyester, 3% spandex.  It has a lot of stretch.  Easy care; machine washable.  Measurements below.
