Paper / media
Textured 300 gsm. The luxury option, with a subtle cream / off-white textured surface, like watercolour paper. This heavyweight paper is gorgeous!
Ink
We use a full set of water-based vegan archival inks to ensure fade resistance and longevity. Every care is taken over print and paper quality.
Licensed art
All our prints are fully licensed and come with a discreet copyright line on the bottom left border, small enough to be hidden in the rebate of the frame.
Packaging
Ships in flat hard-backed envelopes.
Delivery
In the UK - choose from:
· Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Priority Handling): FREE delivery in 2-3 days
Why choose DPD? While eBay estimates 2-3 days for all services, DPD is our most reliable, fully-tracked professional courier. It includes a one-hour delivery window and bypasses the current resource issues affecting Royal Mail.
Larger size prints (size 40x50cm or 16x20in and larger) go via Evri Next Day service - free of charge, unless you choose the DPD option.
Outside the UK, we use standard international tracked services: Royal Mail International Tracked or Evri International, depending on location and size of parcel. Transit time is 2-4 weeks.
We actively monitor global logistics to ensure we offer the most reliable, tracked delivery services available.
Returns
Please contact me if there are any problems with your order and I will do my best to help. On the rare occasion that a print arrives damaged, there is no need to return it, just send a photo of the damage and I will send a free replacement.
Feedback
We will do everything we can to make sure your order goes smoothly and we’d love to receive your positive feedback. If there is any problem please do contact us first before posting feedback - we are experienced sellers and know how to resolve most issues!
