Witch Joe Spencer's Realistic Halloween Wicked Witch with Broom Shelf Sitter 21" Tall

She is wearing her traditional web tulle cape which illuminates her curly dull gray hair locks. Her tall pointed hat accentuates her long pointed nose and chin. She even sports a nose wart! She is clothed in a black dress having three silver buttons and with very long sleeves.  Her stockings are a classic off white with horizontal red stipes.
