CertainTeed New Style Pivot Lock Shoe w/ Tabs Metal Cam
CertainTeed plastic pivot lock shoe used with coil balance spring and cover. New style has metal cam and protruding tabs on both sides of pivot block. May have larger hole than previous shoe with plastic cam.

Installation Notes
- Pivot lock shoe fits tight in side jamb; slight twist from back to front on one side removes shoe. Reverse process to install
- If shoe slides hard in channel, remove 4 protruding tabs with toe nail clippers, then reinstall
