I was able to determine the maker from the label fragment. The green scalloped edge oval label was found on the Glass Identification: Labels web page at "20thcenturyglass.com"
Condition: Very close up photos show a couple very small scratches/abrasion marks on lower belly area. In the photos, very tiny bubbles look like dark spots within the glass, but with a magnifying glass I determine they are bubbles. See photos and ask questions.
Dimensions: 11" high, base is 6" diameter approx.
