Higher-value purchases require signature confirmation and are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind. We currently only offer international shipping through eBay's International Shipping Program.
Return Policy
Due to the unique and collectible nature of our items, we maintain a strict return policy. Remorse returns are not accepted, so please review listings carefully before purchasing. If an item is damaged in transit, it is important to keep all original packaging and the shipping box. Please provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging so we can promptly file an insurance claim with the carrier. Claims cannot be processed without this documentation. Once we receive this documentation electronically and the item has been returned to us, a full refund will be issued immediately (you will not need to wait for the insurance claim process). Any attempts at fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities and result in permanent blacklisting.
