Unique vintage pulp paper mache molded snowman figurine was a bottle cover for Kentucky Tavern.  These bottle covers were made from the 30s to the 50s.  This one looks to have been repainted in the 90s, as indicated on the bottom, and was done very nicely.  Overall, very good vintage condition, the imprinted 'Kentucky Tavern' is very faint, probably pushed in a bit and painted over.  Approx. 12 inches high.  See pictures for full description of condition.  All vintage items are sold 'as is'.
