Detail

The Skyhawk is a carrier-based attack aircraft developed by Douglas.
Although it was small and lightweight, weighing just 6.7 tons, it was a very robust aircraft and could carry a large amount of armament.
It also had excellent takeoff and landing performance, allowing it to be operated from small aircraft carriers and night-fighting runways.
It was used by the US Navy/Marine Corps, as well as Argentina, Indonesia, New Zealand, and other countries.
The kit precisely and accurately models the C-type, which was equipped with radar and had all-weather capabilities.
惻Total length 27.4cm, total width 17.4cm.
-Total number of parts: over 120.
- Comes with etched parts.
Product introduction:

The A-4 Skyhawk was designed by Douglas  in response to a U.S. Navy call for a jet-powered attack aircraft to replace the older A-1 Skyraider. Douglas opted for a design that would minimize its size, weight, and complexity. The result was an aircraft that weighed only half of the Navy's weight specification. It had a wing so compact that it did not need to be folded for carrier stowage.
