The dust jacket is in good minus condition with tape, toning and a few edge tears. The jacket is protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good minus condition free from stains, bends, and writing. The book has been hand signed & inscribed by Manly Hall on the front free end page in black ink. There are about 15 pages that have edge tears and there are small cracks on the end pages at the gutter. The book has many illustrations through out. The boards are in very good condition with no wear. The binding is tight and square.
