Comprising 12 x slalom telescopic hi-viz poles (6 x red and 6 x yellow) with ground spikes and a free bag (ball not included). Used as a training aids on turf surfaces, they're suitable for all athletes of all ages and skill levels, in the garden or on the training pitch. Ideal for football, rugby, hockey agility training, along with other sports activities that require the development of lateral manoeuvring. The heights can secured using an easy-twist adjuster and will vary the pole height from 95cm up to 170cm, to ensure the athletes's entire body makes the manoeuvre.
