Hi - selling the pictured $1 bill from 1999, which has been hand-signed by the Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, whose facsimile signature also appears on the bill.  Larry Summers also was later the President of Harvard, and currently is involved in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

I had a couple of these bills signed in person by Summers at different events at Harvard, probably about 12-14 years ago.  I can attest to these being 100% authentic.
