Please note: I’m a one-person business—not a large warehouse. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care.

Buyers are fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. If a buyer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned or not delivered, eBay’s policies state that the order is not covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the item or shipping costs.
✅ Orders over $15 CAD will require tracked shipping for both buyer and seller protection. This policy is non-negotiable.
✅ Tracking is only charged once per order, even if you purchase multiple items.
