4 Fostoria HFM Henry Ford Museum whiskey/cocktail glasses. The glasses stand tall at 3 7/8 inches and feature a beautiful ruby glass production style with an argus pattern.

Fostoria Glass made the Argus glassware pattern for the Henry Ford Museum between 1963 and 1982. This line was a reproduction of an early American pressed glass pattern, and the pieces are identifiable by the "HFM" mark on the bottom. IMO, they are so much more elegant than the similar “Georgian” style made by other manufacturers. The color is called Ruby Red but they read Amberina to me, and yes, the base does glow cadmium under black light.

The design makes them easy to pick up and hold in the hand - they are heavy, but they are not likely to slip. Amazing gift or purchase for the upcoming holiday season. They are in very good condition with no chips or scratches. They are shiny except for minimal shelf wear on the bottom.
