Photo is glued to black photo album paper and labeled with white writing.
From an impressive collection of photos taken between 1926 & 1934, belonging to a man named Sib Tenhoor.
Tenhoor, who lived in New York, appears to have been a talented photographer (whether amateur or professional, we aren’t certain) and took many beautiful photos to document his travels around the world - particularly while on a Pacific cruise via the S. S. Malolo with friends.
Evidenced by his very-detailed collection of photos, he rubbed elbows with actors & celebrities of the times and had access to exclusive places such as Paramount Studios, & star-studded events at the Royal Hawaiian.
Tenhoor was likely well-off and/or had a career that required him to live an exciting life of travel and adventure.
