TERMS & CONDITIONS

Slight Seconds and Ex-Display items -These items may be unpackaged returns, items that have had minor use or have been used for display purposes and been handled. As such they may have some minor cosmetic wear/marks or creasing to material. Any such minor imperfections are considered as described in the terms used such as ex-display or slight second item, and have been factored into the substantially discounted prices.

Returns - Will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in perfect packaged / as received condition, with a printout of your PayPal payment and a covering letter explaining reason for return. ** Please use the eBay returns system to manage any returns **

Faulty Goods - We offer a 6 month warranty on new packaged goods (unless otherwise specified) and 3 months on slight seconds or ex-display goods (unless otherwise stated). This is within a fair wear and tear policy and fault must be verified by us or our suppliers prior to any refund or replacement product being offered. Warranty claims for damage considered to be normal wear and tear, damage caused by excessive use, misuse or incorrect product care would not be considered valid.

Non Payment - If payment is not received within 5 days of listing end, the item will be relisted and may become unavailable.

Feedback - If you experience a problem with your item(s) after purchase, please make contact before leaving feedback, we will always to try to find a reasonable solution.
