POSTAGE POLICY

• We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed within 3 working days.
• Please note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
• Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 5:30pm.
• Our default shipping courier is Hermes, but some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for different reasons such as due to size/weight/product restrictions or for any technical reason.
• In case of undelivered parcel returned to us, indicating not called for or due to UN-identified address/ wrong address, we will issue refund of the product only and postage cost will not be refunded as it’s already paid by the company while sending the item as well as we will be charged by courier for returning it back to our warehouse. In free p&p items, we will deduct 20% from total price to cover postage & packaging charges. If you still want the item to be re-sent you need to place new order or must pay the applicable postage charges via PayPal.

Order Cancellation

• We always try to keep our inventory and stock level up to date to fulfil all your order on time and to avoid the order cancellation from our side but in some cases due to various unforeseen circumstances; we are unable to fulfil your order and must cancel it. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible and full refund will be issued promptly.
• We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is any issue with stock or any other issues. Also prior to placing order with us, you can email us to ensure either the item is available for immediate fulfilment or you need any additional information, we will respond you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

 

Return Policy

•  We try to be fair and accurate with all our auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully.
• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
• We do not offer refund without returning the item at any situation. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!
• If the items are not as described or received faulty goods, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping and eBay fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything. Bottom line, we want you happy! 

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling charge is non - refundable. 15% Restocking fees will be charged.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 to 4 working days to your PayPal (or original method of payment).

 

Feedback Policy

• We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email us before leaving negative feedback.
• If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! We strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
