This dress, top and shorts sewing pattern has a shaped neckband with purchased piping. The flare dress with flutter sleeves has piping at the waist and pockets. The top has straps and gathers at the waistline. The pull-on shorts have an elasticated waist and piping at the waist seam and pockets.
