You are looking at a NOS Studebaker rear main engine seal, pt# 1540604 (replaced pt# 531326). Correct for all 1939-54 Champion 6 cyl powered cars and trucks. Package was sealed since the 1960s. Rubber is still in new condition. New, never installed. (8)
