Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours via Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK Mainland) for small items.
Optional upgraded postal services are also available. Larger items will be dispatched by courier with a delivery time of 2-3 days.

Returns:
If for some reason your item arrives faulty then please contact us prior to leaving any feedback as we will aim to replace all faulty items if in stock.
Please contact us prior to returning any faulty/damaged items so that we can log all returns into our database and avoid any delays.
The buyer is to pay for any return postage costs incurred. The item must be packaged securely in post and preferably in the original packaging.
