HERE WE HAVE: An antique Singer sewing machine! The serial number on it is 12439265, which appears to make it a model 27 that was manufactured in 1894 according to the Ismacs website. It has dogwood floral decals on it, I've also seen it called "Dogwood Daisies" online.
This unit was likely on a treadle, although I don't have a treadle for it.

CONDITION: Being sold as is, for parts or restoration! When the wheel is spun, the needle arm does move up and down as intended. Machine has decal loss, scuffs, scratches, stains, color loss, and corrosion/tarnish spots. There's grease on it that can get your hands dirty. I don't have a case or stand for this machine. Will come as shown, so please see photos!
