Impressionist Paintings FONS DE SCHEPPER Flemish Art Belgian School 1956.

Three oil paintings on 2 wooden panels by Flemish artist knows and signed as 'P.A. de Schepper or 'Fons de Schepper.'

The sizes are:

Guitarplayer 50cmx40 cm(19,6 inchx15,7 inch)

Landscapes 43,5 cmx49,5 cm(17,1 inchx19,5 inch)

Painted in an impressionist style and signed on the backside and painted in 1956.

One painting has two landscapes. One on the front and one on the backside as well. The yellow landscape has glue stuck on it(the artist or previous owner probably preferred the other landscape). The darker landscape+town look better.

The other painting has a joyful Italian guitarplayer on it. Con Brio means 'with passion/fire' in italian.

The panels have some wear/wood damage/glue(as mentioned before) on it as they have probably been stored somewhere.

The condition is reflected in the price for these two wooden panels.

In my opinion they still look great and have the beautifyl style and color of the 50's/60's.
