It is brand new never used. Does not come with a bypass and Does not come with sediment filter. This is for the 10" Mach filter housing. Box might contain a left and right elbows or 2 right elbows. (Right elbow can be put in place of left elbow. the clip will just be on the inside between the 2 elbows versus on the outside of the elbows.)
