ROCO products are HO / 1:87 scale. 

The tank is used, but there are no defects noted on the vehicle.  The turret rotates and the barrel elevates as designed, but is loose and tends to drop.  Very fixable.  The turret hatches are present and open as designed (with care).  Several turret parts have been glued in place with glue residue visible.   The underside roller wheels are present.

The tank is used and has a bit of real world dust.  Please check the photos.
