There is a clean crack/cut visible on the frame. It doesn't look like it goes all the way around, but we haven't taken the lens out to be sure. Both lenses has some scratches, but vision out of both is great. 

Comes with vintage M Frame Pro zippered square case and large microfiber cleaning bag. The protective foam inside the case is not in great shape, but still does it's job.
