Good condition.  Some normal wear.  Box has a cigarette smoke odor. There is a little plastic tab (included in box) that is broken on one side of the camera. It does not affect functionality or battery door staying closed. Includes: bag, box, sealed cd software, memory card adapter, USB cord, strap, A/V cord, 2gb memory card. Charger not included. Battery life unknown.
