Upon purchase of this product, the buyer will provide the following:

Resort Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM for all owners and guests.
- Security Deposit: A credit card pre-authorization of $250 is required at check-in for incidental charges such as phone calls and room service. Cash deposits are not accepted. If using a debit or check card, the corresponding funds will be held at check-in and released upon check-out.
- Reservation Name Requirement: The reservation must be in the legal name of the guest checking in, as it appears on a valid form of identification. Name changes after booking will incur a $129 fee.
- Timeshare Presentation: Attendance at a timeshare presentation is not required.
- Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
