Four holes,
The Rogers factory only gives two key bolts for four hole tom arms.
Those four hole arms are early first generation.

You are looking at
one used 1960s vintage ROGERS DRUMS swivo-matic tom arm
for a Londoner drum set.
Four holes,
The Rogers factory only gives two key bolts for four hole tom arms.
Those four hole arms are early first generation.
This part can be seen in the Rob Cook Rogers book second edition,
on page 197 and page 207
It is used on the tom toms.
This one is used, with some pimples on the chrome condition, and still working.
It does have some scratches or scuff marks on it, as shown.
And a few little rust spots.
It is complete.
The 2 original drum key bolts are present,
and they have rust spots, as shown in three close up photos.
I did try it, and it does still tighten up.
This one is not bent on either hex rod.
I have left any further cleaning and detailing to you.
I believe this part to be from the mid to late 1960s, made in U.S.A.
It is a used part, at least 50 years old.
It is an early one, and does say ROGERS and PAT. PEND. and MADE IN USA on it.
It weighs about 12.8 ounces.
If you need one, don’t miss out.
