In fair pre-owned condition,  especially considering it's age.  Bills helmet on the front is showing some signs of cracking. There is a dye stain a few inches below the S in the word Bills. (Please see picture with penny. )  No other noticeable flaws or defects.  Stored in a smoke and pet free environment.  Will ship out very shortly after purchase.  Please see pictures for greater detail.
