This is very nice Metal Christmas Tree Decoration of a 4 Wheeled Cart in Red.    It is about 2 1/4 inches long and about 1 1/2 inches tall and has a string attached.  I bought this at a garage sale so I can't tell you too much about it, but it is in very good condition.
