This is an Atlas N Scale 80 Foot Cafe/Observation Car marked Santa Fe RR with Rapido Couplers.  I bought this at a Train Show so I can't tell you too much about it.  It is made of plastic with metal parts and has very good detail, note the markings, Brass style (Plastic) rear handrails and interior seats.  It is about 6 inches long and I have listed it in very good condition.
